I’ve had the privilege of taking on the task of marketing novels written by the author, Robert Edwards, who goes by the nickname Bemebob. Robert had his books listed on Amazon but was looking to bring his marketing to the next level. To assist Robert with this task, I started by bringing awareness to Robert Edwards and the events in his life that have influenced his written work. He is a world traveller and contributor to charitable organizations where he has been boots on the ground for many projects. Bringing awareness meant carving out Robert a larger online presence. I started by designing a website that would bring focus to his collection of novels and bring fresh content to his platforms through the blog section. I then created social media accounts on platforms with today’s largest traffic, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. The next step was creating video content where Robert could visually share his stories and promote his novels. Finally, I optimized his author store page on Amazon and implemented search campaigns on the platform to drive traffic to the book pages.

By hitting targets on both organic and paid traffic, Robert has a steady stream of traffic on all platforms which has resulted in an increase in books sold. This project is ongoing.
